Orders within the continental United States are shipped UPS Ground service unless you request other service at your additional expense.
We do not ship COD!!! We accept Discover, Mastercard and Visa credit cards. Money Orders and Certified Checks are accepted but require a "Minimum" 10 BUSINESS day wait for clearance.
PayPal is no longer accepted for any orders!
Return Policy: We accept returns ONLY if we ship incorrectly or you RECEIVE damaged watches. You must notify us within 15 days of the Invoice date. We do not accept returns you take back from your customers. Our Warranty covers your customer for defective watches.
RAN(Return Authorization Number): You must request an RAN before returning merchandise. Returns without an RAN will not be processed!
Return of entire order! If, for any reason you decide within 15 days from the Invoice date that you want to return the complete order, the following will apply:
1. You must request a Return Authorization Number (RAN) before returning the order.
2. The order must be returned prepaid and shipped UPS.
3. You will be refunded the cost of the merchandise less any shortage of merchandise and a 15% restocking charge. No regular shipping and handling charges will be refunded.
International Shipments: We do not ship to AFRICA!
International Orders! For prompt shipment use Wire Transfer or Telegraph Transfer "CASH ONLY". Money Orders and Certified Checks require a "Minimum" 10 BUSINESS day wait for clearance!!!
Credit Cards are not accepted for International Orders!!
International orders are shipped by US Postal Service "Global Express" 3 - 5 day service.
Due to the additonal paperwork, repacking and delivery required to ship internationally we must require a handling charge.
