Sales Tax Certificate: We must have a faxed copy of your State Sales tax certificate for our files.

Orders must be faxed or e-mailed to us. The website will not allow orders below $75.00 at this time. We can fax you an order form.

Shipping & Handling charges to the lower 48 states: 
Watches & Jewelry – loose, no box                $6.95   1^st item
Each additional item to same customer             2.00   extra

Boxed items -                                                   $9.95   1^st item
Each additional item to same customer            3.00   extra

Charges to Alaska, Hawaii or International locations will be quoted individually.

Payments:
All payments by Discover, Mastercard or Visa credit cards and require the following complete information.

Billing: Name, phone number, e-mail address, complete credit card billing address, expiration date, and CVV (3 or 4 digit) number.

Shipping information: Customer name, phone number and complete shipping address.

Invoice/Sales Order included in shipment: You may fax us your invoice/sales order to include with the order or we will include ours that uses the "Mdse. Dist. Center" name with an item description but no price.

Warranty: All watches come with either the manufacturer or our distributor warranty. The warranty card has the following return information on it:

The customer has 15 days from the invoice date to return an item received damaged. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. A “Return Authorization” must be requested before returning any items.

Any replacements after the 15 day period must be handled with the Warranty service.
